I did a bunch of files this weekend and RMM was much faster then IFFMPEG and I did not see much difference in the quality of the video. Did you try iFFmpeg 5.4 yet? Encoding to ProRes is way faster now. In fact, a lot faster then any other converter I tried.Also make sure you have ffmpeg 2.6 - it has much improved h265 encoding regarding speed.
