Nick Hughes
Can't wait to see if this stands up against the rest of the art line, price-wise and quality-wise. The canon 24 has been a favorite of mine to rent, but I'd buy this one right away if everything checks out.
The Chris
Used prices of the 24/1.4L II are below $1200. Looking forward to comparisons as the Sigma will probably come in pretty close to that pricewise. I love the Art 35, this is a great announcement. Julian
The design is more complex than either the Canon or Nikon, I expect it to be outstanding.I hope they'll make a newer/better version of the 20mm f/1.8 at some point. Or an 18mm f/2... Nikkor
arellaTV
Sigma's been on fire the past few years. This one's FAST and WIDE. Can't wait to see how it fares optically. It's probably going to be at a great price if the previous lenses in the series are any indication.

Cinegain
Sigma is really doing an awesome job with the ART series line-up. Gotta love the optical quality and the fair price. I think the 18-35mm f/1.8 is some of the greatest value lenses out there for the buck. I'd love to go and pair it up with a lens turbo, get the E-M5II and give its IBIS a go... Keep doing what you're doing Sigma. I'm sure this 24mm f/1.4 is a winner. Oh, and can I just for a second also praise the actual look of the ART lenses themselves? They just look gorgeous. The Chris
DAMN! The 24/1.4 price was just posted, $849. This may be the lens bargain of the year.
sudopera
DAMN! The 24/1.4 price was just posted, $849. This may be the lens bargain of the year. It's even cheaper than 35 and 50mm Art models, that almost defies logic.
leeys
It's not cheaper from where I'm looking at. Sigma must be passing the currency savings to us.

I'm not complaining. I was going to get a 24/1.4L II, not anymore. Just ordered the Sigma from B&H. sudopera
