Jimmy
Who here would like to see a BMPC with the new sensor? I imagine it would be restricted to 30fps, due to the internal hardware... But I bet they would still sell like crazy at around $3k?Grant Petty, if you're listening, there are alot of us that don't need the bells and whistles on the Ursa and Ursa mini.... I think it could be a hit. What do you think?
Flynn
I'd rather see it in a new Pocket Camera.
Jimmy
that would require a complete rethink though (unless you mean a 16mm cut of the sensor?)S35 into BMPC would seem possible with little effort
Liam
Seems to me they are kinda dropping that model, putting it on the backburner. And it would be the same price as the mini which may not be attractive for most people. It could be nice, since it's just a box and can be adapted better, but i think they kind of look at the ergonomics of the mini as like a solution for people doing that before instead of just a different option. So I guess I doubt it.

Oliver Daniel
I honestly think the previous "sensor in a box" cameras from Blackmagic are history - now replaced with the URSA and the URSA Mini. I still think another Pocket camera could be on the cards for next NAB 2016 though. Chrad
