Brainkite
Hey Andrew,Now that you have showed us that the LX100 is a small video shooting beast, could you write a quick review of your LX100 shooting process and setup?I own one and use it to shoot classical music concerts. (here is an exemample of teaser I made)As you can see i strugled to get descent colors so i went for the BW in post. But picture quality is amazing, I manage to get descent image event zoomed at almost 300% in post. (for 720p output)My shooting settings are those:Contrast: -5Noise Reduction: -4Saturation: -4Sharpening: 0Shadows: +5Hilights: -5The I play with color correction in FCPX but couldn't find some descend color balancing. The other problem i have is that i own a Fuji XT1 that i use as a B Cam to shoot some details ot large Shot but the video picture quality is over contrasted and unsharp ( surprising for a sensor that delivers so sharp images in stills) and I strugle to get the 2 cameras image profile close to each other in post. coloredlion
I live in Austin, TX but ordered the Canon EOS M3 via eBay (Japan version.) Here is the first pro video I created with the new camera with the 22mm f/2.0 kit lens and the Nebula 4000 3-Axis Brushless Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer: http://www.coloredlion.com/lyric-video
