question about GH2 pixel refreshing

Hello:

Could anyone tell me how often one have to refresh the sensor pixels. I have had my brand new GH2 for two weeks and yesterday I began to notice that small white dots were appearing everywhere. I´ve never had a camera in which you had to do this refreshing pixel thing so I don´t know if after 700 photos and 40 small test videos is normal having to do it.

I did the refreshing and the problem seems to be solved but as the user manual(which cannot be more disappointing) doesn´t say anything about how often this could occur I would like to ask GH2 experienced users about this
