Proskar 16 anamorphic lens, whats going on with the rear element?

Hey guys,

 

I just bought a Proskar 16 anamorphic lens, now there is something going on with the rear element. It looks like adhesive or cracks. It does not seem to affect the image but in bright light I have some artifacts, but im not sure if they are related. 

I am thinking of opening the lens, but if it would be the adhesive, I am not sure if I can fix it. 

Does anybody have any tips what to do?
