OK, we all know there are made thousands of units to couple to camera units people don't even care to use them because they are slow and do not provide that pretty DOF magazine-cover-look...

Economies of scale is not a natural law we can refuse, however, think about this, next time you'll check the amount to pay the bill into your upcoming lens purchase...

Not the best scientific test nor the world is made of B&W but gives an idea at the same time how we are wrong when we take a lot of assumptions a$ granted ;- )
