After reading this I'm cancelling my R1 preorder and sticking with my R5 till the R1X is released. Truth be told I'm really more interested in the RF 200-500 or 600 zoom f4 to go along with my 100-300. Really disappointed in the time it took to release the R5II and R1 only to find out one still has the same odd card pairings and one only has 24.x mp.
