Considering that the sensor in the BMCC is even smaller than usual for a MFT camera (thus a more narrow FoV for any given focal length), you might want to consider even wider lenses such as the SLR Magic 8mm f4 or the SLR Magic 10mm T2.1

This is the lens I'd recommend; it's been my workhorse since about 2016 (I don't have the BMCC but use it on the original BMPCC and Micro Cinema cameras). There's some very nice footage shot with it on the OG BMCC here:

I own both the SLR Magic 8mm F4 lens and also the Laowa 7.5mm F2 lens, and the Laowa is the superior lens by far in every way, except cost.

Would you go with Laowa over speed booster ?

I would, if I knew I was going to stick with MFT for the next few years.

As what is there that could compare with the Laowa 7.5mm f2?

I guess a Rokinon 10mm f2.8 that's speedboosted up would be the equivalent.

I definitely agree with @IronFilm that this is a larger question, about ecosystem and about your preferences.

If you want something lightweight and small then the Laowa is hard to beat.  If you think you might be changing over to larger sensor cameras, like the BM Studio Camera 4K G2, or even S35 options, and don't care about the weight so much then going with S35 lenses and a speed booster could be the better choice in the longterm.
