John Matthews
Amazon.fr is offering the S5D (new/old camera) + the new 18-40mm kit lens for 1129 euros. That's not that bed of a deal for new camera (not used) with a full 3 year warranty. Maybe even better is the same camera with the 28-200mm for 1699 euros here: https://www.digixo.com/appareil-photo-hybrides/panasonic/p398960-panasonic-lumix-s5d-28-200mm-dc-s5dhe-k.html eatstoomuchjam and Ninpo33

That seems very reasonable, but there might be even better deals. Who knows? Ninpo33
Al Dolega
Resolve Studio licenses and panels are 20% off- $235 for Studio, $395 for the Micro Color panel (the newer littler one) and the older Micro panel is $665 (and still includes a Studio license I believe). eatstoomuchjam and IronFilm
John Matthews
In France, Panasonic "deals" are way worse than last year. The "too good to pass up" offers aren't really there. Too bad. Maybe they made their quotas for the year and they're letting others take the hit in potential profits. IronFilm

eatstoomuchjam
lensrentals.com has their BF sale going. Use code LRBF2024 for 20% off any of their used gear. It brought the Ronin 4D 6K down into the $3k price range where I always thought it made sense - so... I guess that in a week or so, a Ronin will be at my door. Now the hard part comes where I try to figure out which of my existing cameras I should sell... Thpriest
Thpriest
I have taken advantage of some BF deals, A Crucial 2TB SSD with 23% off and a compact pair of cob lights with 20% off. Every year I need more hard drives and it was time to replace my lightweight leds with I've had for years but offer way less light for the size compared to the latest on offer. As my aim is to make everything smaller and lighter I'm happy to change now. eatstoomuchjam
eatstoomuchjam
I should add that the lensrentals code seems to work for more than one item - I added both the Ronin and the Leica M mount for the Ronin and the discount applied to both. I bought one from a reputable seller that is listed as in "excellent" condition for $25 with free shipping. I bid, thinking it would probably get higher than that but nope, I won it for $25 and it'll arrive Friday. I'm quite happy! Good point that BF are not always the only deals. I just bought a second hand but brand new/never used Lowepro bag for 30€. They are over 80€ new. So there are great deals to be had in the second hand market too. newfoundmass
