Just came across this while searching for a C-mount adapter for the Nikon Z8.

https://www.amazon.de/-/en/BORYOZA-FX-Z-AF-Adapter-Fujifilm/dp/B0CPBRTMTX/

Crazy if that works as well as the Sony E-mount adapter from Megadap / Techart, with full AF and electronic control.

Well that certainly addresses the meagre DX mount lens offerings available for anyone looking at the Nikon Z50ii.

It may be down to 3rd parties coming up with these adapters rather than Nikon themselves but it’s all adding up to the Z mount laying out the welcome mat for people changing systems without the double hit of depreciation on their current lenses and laying out for new versions in the native mount.

@Andrew Reid Man, I can't wait to see your findings... If Nikon guys would be smart, they would send to you one for free! Don't kid, there is press and press... I believe when you'll start to spill the beans, a few of us also E-mount glass and camera owners (yes, from other camera mount brands) will follow you as their clients too. Pity they don't get. The problem is some people don't understand what this does mean. To own glass already of other manufacturers all included. One doesn't kill the other.

Came across those Fuji X to Nikon Z mount adapters a little while ago, am not going to get it, but it did reassure me that it's not so foolish to "invest" further money into getting a couple more Fujifilm X Mount AF lenses (just picked up this weekend a Fujifilm telephoto lens).

As should I decide to ditch this whole Fujifilm nonsense and return to my Nikon roots (perhaps once the Nikon Z50 mk3 comes out with IBIS??? Or if I see an impossibly cheap Z30 that I can't say no to), then at least my lenses can came across with me as well.

There is also news about a screw drive Nikon F to Z adapter as well, which is also exciting! Even more so than a X to Z adapter. As it means all my old screw drive Nikon lenses can still have AF on a mirrorless body.
