Administrators Andrew Reid Posted March 6 Author Administrators Share Posted March 6 I agree the X-S20, X-M5, X-T5 all contenders for value champ. If you look at just full frame cameras under $1000 then it gets less complicated. APS-C and crop sensor cameras have always been plentiful bargains. There's a lot of them to choose from. alsoandrew
Hmm if my needs were for mostly filming and photographing my pottery for social media which would you choose between S5 and Z6? Probably mostly shots of static subjects in a studio so AF not so important (not sure about 8bit vs 10bit) Edit: made a separate topic to not throw this one completely off track
PannySVHS
I'm seconding a used Lumix S5. GH5 and G9, if full hdmi is necessary. Also the additional 4K S16 mode is super cool. GH5II for full hdmi, preinstalled VLog and also sporting 10bit in 4K60p just like the S5. It further shows the least sharpening of the bunch. mercer

Great IQ, but I just don't like using it for video. That cam's ergos fight me.
