So, I've heard that 70% of what you see in the movies is actually what you hear. I for one fully believe this. I have experienced this over and over both as a filmmaker and audience. With that said, I have just discovered this website http://www.sonniss.com/sound-effects/. Maybe you know of this already, but if not please check it out, it'll be worth your time. Amazing sound fx (and music beds) at VERY reasonable prices with simple and straightforward license. Can't believe I've never seen this before and I wanted to share. In my opinion, this has the potential to set you apart as a filmmaker, depending on what kind of productions you're into I guess.
