Is this a good deal for first real tripod & head for the gh4 or pass?

My current tripod is mostly plastic from target or Walmart I got several years ago and an appropriate upgrade is due now that I have a decent camera with the gh4. The above video head is like 90 dollars off but I'm concerned it's meant for heavier cameras, still might have pro features about it for smoother panning. For a ball head I was thinking of a gorilla pod x head cause then I could leave the plate on and swap back and forth with a gorillapod focus I have to use as a shoulder stabilizer. Would this fluid head be a good match for the gh4 or do you think I should pass for something else? What are you all using for a fluid head? I would like to be able to hike with the setup occasionally.
