anchoricex
http://nofilmschool.com/2015/08/atomos-announces-brand-new-4k-recorder-ninja-assassinSavage price point. Looks awesome, and should be quite a handy tool for my a7s!

anchoricex
No clue.Something to note, that reflective screen likely sucks balls outside. Santiago de la Rosa
Cinegain
Almost! I wanted something for 4K that was a little bit more like the 5" Ninja Blade. But then again... there's the PIX-E5(H) which right now might just be the capturing monitor of the hour. Would've been nice to see these other companies (Atomos, Convergent Design and Blackmagic) following up on their lead though. racer5
Boy I sure wish the NX1 sent 10bit over HDMI, would have made a hell of a combo with this puppy. Marco Tecno

raf702
Pix-e5 is nice option but has no anamorphic support. The atomos assassin has anamorphic but doesn't support dci 4k, maybe a future update will enable it. Only the shogun does dci 4k but for nearly twice the price.I'll hold off until I hear assassin has an update for dci 4k support for my gh4. photographer-at-large
Hoping the 5.5" UHD panel that's in the Sony Z5 Premium makes its way into an Atomos, whose 5" models are long in the tooth.
bigmouthmedia
They will be selling a matte screen protector for the Assassin so that should cut down on reflections immensely.
TheRenaissanceMan
The PIX-E5 also has the option to attach an XLR audio mixer, which makes it interesting for shooters who work with small crews in controlled conditions.
