Pedro Silva
I buy a new dji phantom 3 with an extra battery and one of the batteries gives me out an invalid battery error. I contact dji support and they do not reply. The battery was new out of the box. where is the costumer support? Are they waiting for the warranty to end so they can tell me to buy a new one ? Like ive seen in another post? What a disgraceful post sales support, ive had difficulties in my video work because of this.
aldolega
That's funny, I can't imagine what a drone company would need with costumes.
fuzzynormal
That's funny, I can't imagine what a drone company would need with costumes."Dji stealing costumers?" They don't want costumes, just the people that make them! But let's be fair, the OP is probably someone that's not using English as a native language. Still, DJI has a rep for having non-existant "costumer" service, so it's most likely a legitimate complaint.Still, you have to be prepared. If your business success is dependent on one battery, you need to reconsider things. Emanuel and JazzBox
