The Atomos Shogun now has the major firmware release we’ve all been waiting for – playback.
Now this is out, the final EOSHD review can follow so do check back later for that.

It’s also worth noting that the Samsung NX1 now outputs timecode for the Shogun with firmware V1.2. I’ll be seeing if any other aspects of the 4K HDMI output have been enabled (such as 24p and record start / stop trigger) in due course!
