Soon CDA-TEK will be taking pre-orders for their Pocket Cinema Camera 4K bluetooth pocket controller. It acts as a wireless interface “hub” as well, not just a way to quickly access camera settings without diving into any menus. The hub allows wireless follow focus control of most lenses on the camera, when paired with a Tilta Nucleus, for example.
Pocket Bluetooth Controller pre-orders will begin in a crowd-funding campaign on 12th December 2019.
Our PBC pocket controller for @Blackmagic_News #PocketCinemaCameras can also act as a hub for your #Tilta #Nucleus wheel to give wireless focus control of your native and adapted lenses without gears, motors and additional power

CDA-TEK also continue to work on their time of flight module, which I saw working a few months ago. The Pocket Bluetooth Controller acts as a hub for that to connect to the camera as well.
You can read-up on the ToF module at EOSHD here
In future the idea is that the PBC is expandable, with modules and control interfaces plugging into the USB C port (as shown on the prototypes below!)
I’ll be bringing you a hands-on with the latest version of the Pocket Bluetooth Controller when I get to have a play with it in Manchester on the 12th December.
In the mean-time, feel free to ask CDA-TEK (BTM_PIX on the EOSHD Forum) any questions in the official forum thread below:
